It has been 10 years since the last retro of Black/Infrared (2000) and 20 years since the last release of White/Infrared (1990). Although the Black/Varsity Red was retroed few months ago in January and White/Varsity Red will be available in this June, to many Jordan fans, they aren’t that Originals indeed since the iconic 6’s Infrared colors were replaced by Varsity Red. However, Nike is giving everyone surprise, both Infrared pairs finally released as a limited quickstrike pack at our online shop.

The Infrared pack will be packaged in a double-layered boxing construction on all-matte-black exterior. While the interior of the box is fully infrared. In addition, both pairs of shoes are wrapped by anti-static bags which usually use on the packaging of computer components such as motherboard and hard drive. These anti-static bags provide extra protection to diminish the oxidization process.

It’s been ten years since Japanese hip-hop group Nitro Microphone Underground released their debut album. Such an accomplishment calls for an awesome collaboration with Nike, as the group has done so these past years. The two power groups have created the Nitro Microphone Underground x Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme in a gnarly black/gold colorway. The upper consists of a heavy duty black elephant print, along with faux gold panels, and a black suede ankle strap. 1999 and 2009 are stitched in gold on the respective tongues to showcase the decade-long journey, and the insole sports the group’s logo. The lace tips are made of gold screw caps, making this a heavy duty shoe for a heavy duty rap group. This AF 1 is now available at our online shop.

This particular pack is undoubtedly inspired by the Kobe Bryant commercial in which he shows Ronnie Turiaf and the rest of us how to jump over an Aston Martin DB9. Both sneakers feature the exact color scheme that the car possessed in the commercial. Graphite grey makes up most of both sneakers, while minimal red and tan hints can be seen throughout the tongue, inner lining and various branding. The packaging is even more impressive. Nike decided to place a silhouette of Kobe getting ready to leap over the vehicle on the package with the phrase "That’s How You Do It" repeating all over (if you recall, Kove repeatedly said these words after jumping over the car).
